Owner and seller: Carlo Alesina
Business address: Italy
Email: support@steadierlegs.com
In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller. “You” refers to the customer.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern purchases of our digital products and use of our website.
You must be at least 18 and have reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence to purchase.
Before placing an order, you must have an opportunity to review the product description, total price, applicable refund conditions, and these Terms.
The version presented and accepted at checkout applies to your purchase.
3. Digital products
Our products consist of digital educational materials concerning yoga, balance, mobility, and general wellness.
Depending on the offer, they may include guides, ebooks, printable resources, videos, or online content.
The product description identifies what is included, its format and language, delivery method, technical requirements, and any access limitations.
No physical item is supplied unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
Personal coaching, clinical services, and future products are included only if expressly stated.
4. Orders
You can review and correct order details before submitting payment.
We accept your order by confirming acceptance or providing access to the purchased product. A payment acknowledgment alone does not constitute acceptance unless it expressly confirms the order.
We provide a purchase confirmation and the relevant contractual information in a form you can retain.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted and paid order, we notify you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
5. Prices and payment
Prices and transaction currency are displayed before purchase.
Applicable taxes and mandatory charges are disclosed before you submit the order.
Your bank or payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Payment methods are those offered at checkout.
A one-time purchase does not authorize recurring charges. Any subscription must be expressly described and separately authorized as required by law.
6. Delivery and access
Purchased content is delivered using the method described in the offer, such as a download link, email instructions, or customer account.
Delivery timeframe:
If you do not receive your purchase, check your spam folder and contact support@steadierlegs.com.
You must provide accurate contact details. We provide reasonable assistance to resolve delivery or access problems.
Any access period, download restriction, or expiry date must be disclosed before purchase. We do not promise lifetime access unless the offer expressly defines and provides it.
7. Technical requirements
You need a compatible device, internet access, an active email address, and software suitable for the formats disclosed in the product description.
Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about compatibility or access.
8. Personal-use license
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may download and print materials where the product permits this.
Unless we authorize it in writing or applicable law permits it, you may not:
Resell or distribute the materials.
Upload them publicly.
Share account access or purchased files with others.
Remove copyright notices.
Present the materials as your own.
Use them to provide commercial training or competing products.
Intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Voluntary refund policy:
Refund 14 days
Send requests to support@steadierlegs.com, including your purchase email and order reference.
If a product is not delivered, is inaccessible, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us for assistance. We provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Accessing or downloading digital content does not automatically remove mandatory consumer rights.
Any voluntary guarantee is additional to statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights relating to non-delivery, defective content, misleading descriptions, unlawful charges, or applicable cancellation requirements.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it is lost only if the legal requirements for that loss have been satisfied.
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law, within applicable legal deadlines.
10. Educational content and safe participation
Our products provide general fitness and wellness education. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or individualized medical advice.
Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about whether a program is suitable for you, particularly if you have balance difficulties, a history of falls, recent surgery, pain, or a relevant medical condition.
Follow the safety instructions, choose a suitable environment, and use stable supports where instructed.
Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate medical assistance.
Our products are not an emergency service.
11. Results
Individual results vary according to health, ability, consistency, and other circumstances.
A “7-day” program describes its structure or duration. It does not guarantee a specific result within seven days.
We do not guarantee that participation will prevent falls, eliminate injury risk, cure a medical condition, or produce a particular physical improvement.
Testimonials represent individual experiences.
These statements do not reduce our obligation to describe products accurately or substantiate advertising claims.
12. Customer information
We use customer information to manage purchases, deliver products, provide assistance, secure transactions, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use customer information for unrelated marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.
Necessary technical providers may process information to support these functions.
Our Privacy Policy explains this processing. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to an unrelated use of personal information.
13. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with security, infringe intellectual property rights, or obtain unauthorized access.
We may take proportionate action to address a serious breach, subject to applicable notice requirements and consumer rights.
14. Third-party services
Payment and other technical services may be provided by third parties.
Their own terms may apply to the services they provide directly. Their involvement does not remove obligations that the law places on us as the seller.
15. Liability
Physical activity involves risks. You are responsible for following appropriate safety instructions and selecting activities suitable for your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from products sold for personal use.
These Terms do not waive mandatory warranties, conformity rights, statutory remedies, or liability for failure to exercise legally required care.
16. Complaints
Contact support@steadierlegs.com with your order information and a description of the problem.
We seek to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
Nothing requires you to waive a statutory chargeback right, a right to contact a regulator, or access to competent courts.
17. Governing law and consumer protections
Italian law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable to their transaction, including relevant United States state and Canadian provincial protections.
Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. You are not required to bring proceedings exclusively in Italy where mandatory law provides otherwise.
18. Changes
Updates apply prospectively.
The Terms accepted when you purchased continue to govern that purchase. We do not use later amendments to remove accrued rights, reduce agreed access, or impose additional charges without a valid legal basis and any required agreement.
19. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
